Find locked modules and their owner

When I run the attached script it will not show me the module
that has been locked by a colleague, but it will show that the folder
has been locked by my colleague.
How to improve this code?
All I want to know is which locks exist and if they exist, if they exist
for a module or for a folder/ project.

If you include the recursion option, it will include the module.  I've added a check to only print out ones that don't have child locks, that is if a folder is locked because a subfolder is locked, it won't show the top folder.  I've als added a little more description of what the resource is that is locked, be it a project, folder, module, link module or descriptive module.  This might help in the understanding.
